Kris and his crew were efficient and a pleasure to work with. While the original estimate was that it would take them at least an entire day, they were able to knock it out in half a day. Which included some unplanned alterations they ended up needing to make on the doors that we ordered. I called Brick City Bath to fix a reoccurring clog at the kitchen sink. Kris found that the entire length of the pipe was clogged with build up. He removed the entire line and replaced it within 2 hours. I thought it was going to take all day. Brick City Bath will show up on time and get the job done at a reasonable price. We had our 20+ year old shower replaced due to a crack in the shower floor. Chris came out and gave us an estimate among others and my husband and I knew immediately we’d be proceeding with him. He was very professional, he listened and he made us feel comfortable with everything to come. Even with little hiccups in scheduling, Chris was amazing at communicating with us and would make a trip out here for anything we needed. The shower is BEAUTIFUL.
